Several legacy workflow apps felt like separate systems. I helped merge them into one product with shared navigation, terminology and process states.

  • Interviewed Cisco managers and stakeholders to learn why each app existed
  • Built the information architecture, user flows, wireframes and prototype
  • Contributed to the design system: components, tokens, states, accessibility guidance

DevOps platform

A legacy monitoring app where every area had its own patterns. I redesigned it around one interaction model, and made it responsive by prioritising content on small screens instead of shrinking the desktop layout.

Meetings fail in ways users can't explain. I designed clear connection messages with an audio-only fallback, active-speaker focus for large calls, and a presenter view that puts shared content first.
